• Post-Construction Cleaning (No heavy waste or material removal)

2. Scheduling & After-Hours Policy

• Services scheduled after 9:00 PM are billed as next-day rates at double the quoted price.

• Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 48 hours of service completion.

• If not paid within 48 hours, the invoice amount will double.

• Late payments may result in suspension of future service.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear and safe access to the property.

• Notify us of any special requirements or safety concerns ahead of time.

• Blink Spotless is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing structural conditions or unsafe environments.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• No refunds for same-day cancellations or unsatisfactory conditions caused by third-party interference.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
